Depending on low/bad quality audio or if it's a video recording rates are subject to change.  Conversely, if a job is easy or requires a spot check within software with no audio, discounts may be implemented. Please contact me to discuss.

*Within 12 Hours scope is on an individual, case by case basis if it fits within the schedule. Not all jobs may be accepted.

Billing
     Invoices are sent at the end of every month. I send reminders of unpaid invoices every Monday. I accept payment via Paypal, check, or Zelle. For all invoices, one-time jobs or otherwise, I expect payment within 15 days of receipt. If you are going to be late paying or are on a different pay schedule please contact me to discuss; I am flexible.
